Reservation Instruction
All e-mail and fax
reservations are on a request basis only. Your reservation is
confirmed only when you will receive a confirmation code from the hotel which will be
valid as a hotel voucher.
Please note that the Client's
Credit Card details will be retained as guarantee for the reservation.
Please fill the REQUEST
FORM. We'll contact you at the earliest possible in order to perfect
your request.

Cancellation
Policy
If there is a CANCELLATION or any CHANGE to your reservation, there must be
a written notice sent and received by us via fax or email (telephone calls
are NOT accepted) at least 14 days prior to arrival date. In case of NO SHOW
or LATE CANCELLATION (after the above mentioned time), for bookings
exceeding 3 nights there will be a charge of 3 nights only. For bookings
less than 3 nights we will charge the actual days booked. In case of DELAYED
ARRIVAL there will be a charge for the lacking nights as your reservation
booking. In case of EARLY DEPARTURE, there will be charged for the days
stayed PLUS a cancellation fee of up to three nights of your original
reservation. For any change ( hotel reservations, taxi transfers and etc -
ect) please notify us and KEEP YOUR CANCELLATION REPLY FROM US.
P.S. Please do not
consider your cancellation official until you receive a confirmation number
confirming your cancellation. If necessary for future verification of your
cancellation, we advise you to save your cancellation number. Guests without
a cancellation number during the appropriate time frame aforementioned will
be charged according to our policy. Our goal is to ensure proper
communication and understanding about our policy with our guests.
